Our terms and conditions

These Terms of Service govern your use of RemedyProof, a website security maintenance and evidence service operated by MB Evelaina (trading as RemedyProof). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Provider and contact
RemedyProof is provided by MB Evelaina. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@remedyproof.com.
2. The service
RemedyProof helps authorized business users record properties, run bounded read-only checks, track observed conditions, and produce evidence about results. The service is an operational aid, not a guarantee, certification, penetration test, legal opinion, or substitute for independent security work.
3. Authorization and acceptable use
You may submit only properties and hosts that you own or are authorized to assess. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You must not use the service to probe third-party infrastructure without permission, evade safeguards, interfere with systems, submit credentials or sensitive secrets, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass product limits or tenant isolation.
4. Check boundaries and results
Checks are limited by the selected product configuration and safety controls. They are read-only and may return unknown, incomplete, stale, or false-positive/false-negative results. A passing result does not mean that a property is secure, compliant, vulnerability-free, or unchanged after the check. You remain responsible for reviewing results and deciding what action to take.
5. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account and for granting workspace access only to people who need it. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address non-payment.
6. Plans, fees, and payment
Paid plans, limits, and prices are shown at checkout or in the service. Fees are billed through Stripe using the payment method you provide. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. You authorize recurring charges for an active subscription and may cancel according to the controls shown in the service.
7. Your content and our rights
You retain rights in content and data you submit. You grant MB Evelaina the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and operate the service for you. We retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and aggregated operational insights that do not identify you or your customers.
8. Confidentiality and security
You should not submit passwords, private keys, payment card data, or other secrets. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no service can eliminate all security risk. If you discover a security issue, contact support@remedyproof.com and do not exploit or disclose it while we investigate.
9. Third-party services
The service relies on infrastructure and payment, email, monitoring, and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies may apply to the portions of their services that you use.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service or close your account through available controls or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limits, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. MB Evelaina does not warrant that checks will identify every issue or that following a result will prevent an incident. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that limitation, MB Evelaina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Evelaina's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will update the effective date and may provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means that the updated terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MB Evelaina in Lithuania, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you. Questions and notices should be sent to support@remedyproof.com.
